Angelina Jolie embodies evil, hatred and revenge in new 'Maleficent' trailer

Maleficent is a film that Tim, Dannette and I are rather bullish on in 2014 box office predictions. Collectively, we think that it will be among the year's top ten earners, raking in about $175 million.

I'll be honest, it's probably the shakiest of all of the films that we reach agreement on. We all included it in our top 15 films, but it's one that none of us felt entirely safe about. The truth is that Maleficent starring Angelina Jolie is a big risk, but so far all of the marketing seems to make it a safe bet.

The first trailer was simply a teaser to whet our appetites, but this new trailer (that debuted last night at the Grammys) not only continues to show the film as an epic adventure, but also introduces us to Lana Del Rey's new take on the iconic "Once Upon a Dream." Now, this isn't your parents version of "Once Upon a Dream." No, as is Lana's style, this is your emo sister's version of "Once Upon a Dream" where you try to keep sharp objects (say a sewing needle?) out of her reach.

If you want a bit of a refresher of the original version of the song, it's below.

If you're a fan of the new Lana Del Rey version, you can download it for free today only from Google Play. Maleficent debuts in theaters on May 30, 2014.
