Mind bending trailers rule the day

It's certainly no secret that I'm a massive Christopher Nolan fan. So, it goes without saying that one of my most anticipated movies of the Summer is Inception.

I'm also a big fan of movies that make you think over those that simply require you to show up, grab some over-priced popcorn and check your brain at the door. Don't get me wrong, I like a big action movie just as much as the next guy, but the movies that challenge me are the ones that truly knock my socks off.

And today, there's two new trailers that came pretty close to accomplishing that very feat. The first is the latest, full-length trailer for the aforementioned Inception. While the initial teaser trailer for the film warped your mind, this one fills in the nooks and crannies.

Also, we get to see more of Nolan's "good luck charm" Michael Caine in his role and the delightful Ellen Page who is seemingly getting her first real chance to show her acting chops. While I was initially concerned about her ability to carry herself against these heavyweights, this trailer goes a long way to alleviate those concerns.

Also today comes the trailer for a Matt Damon movie called The Adjustment Bureau. Sheepishly, all that I really knew about this flick before today is that it was pushed back from its original release in late July to September 17.

After seeing this trailer, I did some research. It turns out that the movie is based on a short story by Philip K. Dick and it offers up its own thought-provoking storyline concerning free will and destiny.

It seems that my brain is going to get a bit of workout this Summer after all despite the end of the Lost TV series. What do you think of these two trailers?
