Kevin Smith turns to 'Porn'

Well given Kevin Smith's track record, you knew it was only a matter of time. I mean his last film, Clerks II featured bestiality, er inter-species erotica.

But Kev's best kept secret is now out to the world thanks to a recent L.A. Times article. His next comedy project is called Zack and Miri Make a Porno. It follows the story of two 30 somethings who meet back up at their 15 year high school graduation and decide to get into the lucrative amateur pornography business.

As Silent Bob himself puts it. It's a comedy with "nudity" of gold.

"A bawdy sex comedy with heart. It's ... dirty, with nudity," Smith told the L.A. Times. "But funny nudity, not gratuitous nudity."

Regardless of the type of nudity, it's nice to see Kevin get back to his bread and butter after recent departures Jersey Girl (yes, it was really rated PG-13) and the upcoming low-budget horror flick Red State, aka "Thank God for Term Limits."

No cast has been set for Zack and Miri, but Rosario Dawson is rumored to be reading the script soon. Is she the elusive Miri? Rosario added so much to Smith's latest Clerks II.
