On October 25th, Titanic will sail again with three new DVD editions. Interestingly, only the new three-disc "Special Collector's Edition" will be available in the United States, while DVD aficionados in Latin America, Europe and Australia will have the choice between a two-disc set and a four-disc "Deluxe Collector's Edition."

All of the new incarnations feature a nine minute, never before seen alternate ending, 50 minutes of behind-the-scenes footage and three new commentaries (one from director James Cameron, one from cast and crew and one featuring a historical look at the actual sinking of the ship).

In addition, the three and four disc sets include over 45 minutes of deleted scenes, production and special effects featurettes, and the TV special "Breaking Ground," illustrating the making of Titanic.

The "Deluxe Collector's Edition" will also include three Titanic parodies, trailers and the HBO First Look feature, "The Heart of the Ocean."
