Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Kansas State Wildcats
The Ohio State Buckeyes returned to the scene of their greatest triumph in 34 years to capture a 2nd consecutive Fiesta Bowl Championship, this time with the Kansas State Wildcats on the other side of the ball. The Buckeyes jumped out to an early 21-0 lead, held on despite a thrilling comeback in the 4th quarter and beat the Wildcats 35-28 to become the 2004 Fiesta Bowl Champions.
