Lil' Troy is on the rise for success in the music business and calling all the shots. Unknown to him someone is attempting to take over his new empire by bringing in a cold killer and hiding him within Troy's crew. As the action heats up, Troy's sister, unaware of the danger has asked Lil' Troy to look after his young nephew for a few weeks. Troy's nephew is soon captured with the lifestyle of luxury cars, beautiful women and expensive jewelry and he finds he is getting in more than he can handle at such a young age. But evil lurks in the crew, and everyone has to watch their back when they are Ballin'.
