A serial killer is loose and he is dubbed the "Video Killer" because of the grim video tapes he sends to the police of each murder. When the latest victim turns out to be the wife of an American film director, he is indicted for murder. He becomes entangled in a web of love, deceit and murder, heading towards the terrifying climax.
