Born to Hate

Parma is grandson to a Hindu politician running for election in a small town. Zoya is daughter to a Muslim politician who currently holds the post that Parma s grandfather desperately wants. The story takes place in the northern Uttar Pradesh state, where it s not unknown for politics to be disputed from the barrel of a gun. Sparks fly when the two meet, which leads to Zoya humiliating Parma in a very public way. While that drives Parma to rage, it also excites his passion, and before long the two have flung themselves into their communities ultimate taboo relationship not just between two rival families, but between Hindu and Muslim.
