The town of Bodgy Creek is in trouble. Their beloved footy club, The Roosters, is being forced to merge with another team or fold. But former AFL star player Troy Carrington (Damian Callinan) has a plan. Joining forces with 10-year-old aspiring filmmaker Neil (Rafferty Grierson) and his mom Angie (Kate Mulvany), Troy rebuilds the rag-tag team and leads them on a journey of change and redemption.
