Love In Bloom

Comedy legends George Burns and Gracie Allen star in Love in Bloom, a lighthearted comedy about a young woman desperate to escape her past. Violet (Dixie Lee), a disillusioned carnival girl eager to leave behind her transient lifestyle, soon finds herself in the big city where she meets a charming songwriter (Joe Morrison) who is determined to sell his music. Just when she thinks her future is brightening, her brother (Burns) and his Turkish-dancer wife (Allen) track her down. It seems the business is in trouble, their father is in jail, and they need money fast. Not wanting her rocky past to affect her new man's future, Violet leaves him to go back home but soon finds that her love is stronger than she ever imagined.
