It's 1913 and Dennis McHale (Victor McLaglen), the manager of an illegal gold mining operation near the Panama Canal, is on-the-run from the local police. One year later he resurfaces as Binke, a gunrunner in the South Sea Islands, still sporting an infectious smile and a devil-may-care attitude. Once again, he narrowly escapes from being sent to prison.
