A Chamber of Horrors! Special in-film devices called The Fear Flasher and The Horror Horn cue viewers to the terror in this frightfest. A condemned man (Patrick O'Neal) chops off his manacled hand (Fear Flasher! Horror Horn!) to escape, outfits his stump with tools designed to chop, rip, and skewer, and goes on a death spree. Brace yourself for "a great neglected shocker" (Michael Weldon, The Psychotronic Encyclopedia of Film). A harem of horrors! It's a devil's bargain in The Brides of Fu Manchu when Fu Manchu kidnaps the daughters of the world's leading scientists and issues his demand: build him a death-ray weapon or watch their sweet lovelies die. Hammer Films horror icon Christopher Lee portrays the depraved mastermind of terror.
