Zemeckis And Hanks Together Again

They've made Cast Away and Forrest Gump together and now Tom Hanks and Robert Zemeckis hope to do it again when they turn the award-winning children's book, 'Polar Express,' into a big budget film.

The book, admired by parents, teachers and children everywhere, tells the tale of a young boy whom is swept up by Santa on Christmas Eve and taken to the North Pole with other little children. Zemeckis will develop and produce the huge-budgeted project for Castle Rock Entertainment.

No word if Tom will gain the 30-plus pounds he lost for Cast Away to fill the red suit.
