T3 Gets Linda Back

It's confirmed. Linda Hamilton said she was finished with Terminator movies, but she's signed on to play Sarah Connor in the next sequel, Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines. Maybe Arnold's yes made her reconsider, but regardless, the actress will be back, buff and all.

This storyline will be a flashback of John, her son, after she has died and moved on. "She's coming back, but as a past experience, not driving the current story forward. I think director Jonathon Mostow felt like he didn't want to have the exact same cast and be limited in the story," co-star Arnold says.

So now we'll just wait to see who will be cast to play the twenty-something John, previously played by Edward Furlong.
