Ashley Judd Is Purr-fect For Her New Role

The Batman franchise is quickly going from life support to Hollywood hot property. Warner Bros., determined to capitalize on the resurgence of comic book themed movies at the box office (namely, last year's X-Men and the forthcoming Spider-Man), has recently given the green light to Catwoman.

Ashley Judd will reprise the role that was originated by Michelle Pfeiffer in Batman Returns. Joining Batman: Year One and Batman: Beyond, Catwoman pushes the number of Batman movies in development for Warner to three.
