Mark Wahlberg Bites Off More Than He Can Chew

The Perfect Storm guy Mark Wahlberg will get his day in court as his former bodyguard sues him for $2 million dollars.

Leonard Taylor claims the star he was hired to protect assaulted and beat him outside the Serafina Restaurant in Soho. His report clalims Mark "maliciously and intentionally, and without just cause or provocation assulatee, beat and bit" his ex-proctector causing him "severe, painful personal injuries that prevented him from attending to his usual duties and occupation."

Taylor wants $1 million to cover the cost of his alleged medical costs and $1 million in punitive damages for the "willful" and "malicious" act.

Must have been some bite.
