Tom's Not Gay And Just Might Re-Marry

Tom Cruise is sporting his big, teethy grin today as the courts took his side in the libel suit against 'Bold' magazine editor Michael Davis.

Tom hit the journalist with a $91 million lawsuit for claiming he had a video tape of Tom engaging in gay sex. The editor retracted his statement and the lawsuit payout was dropped.

One man who doesn't even know the celebrity says he's gay but ex-wife Mimi Rogers thinks she knows Tom fairly well and predicts he and Penelope will be married very soon. The two met while filming Vanilla Sky. "Knowing Tom, it will be sooner than later," a friend said.
