Howard Dogs Drew's Man

It may have been a tribute concert, but Howard Stern still had a mean mouthful to say. When the shock jock appeared on the Paul McCartney tribute concert last week he wasn't shy when it came to nailing stars who scurried away from the Big Apple after the attacks of September 11th.

"I just want to say one thing to all the celebrities who have stayed away from New York, I say shame on you. Come back to New York. Don't run. Don't hide. People like Drew Barrymore, don't be afraid, honey. It ain't scary here. I mean, it can't be any worse than spending the night with Tom Green alone."

Drew retorted when she hosted Saturday Night Live and compared Howard to the mean kids on the playground. She also spouted that his fortune has come from "being mean to other people."

What is it Tom does again? He's such a nice guy...
