Shannen Doherty Didn't Learn Anything From Branden

The first tried-and-true bad girl from 'Beverly Hills, 90210' is hasn't lost her touch. Shannen Doherty was arrested earlier this year for drunk driving, but pleaded innocent to all charges. Ms. Doherty's attorneys attended the trial and entered a plea of "not guilty." Her defense? She wasn't as drunk as the police officers contend. Shannen refused to take a breathalizer test and demanded a blood test instead (this is a little strategy to cause more room for error in the BAC level). After her attorneys concluded there was a discrepancy in the levels reported by police and the levels from their testing, but wouldn't reveal their test results. Shannen's court date is April 30th. Evidently, she just isn't *CHARMED* enough lately.
