Will Tom Prove He's Not Gay In Court?

Even though his attorney said "He's not gay, and he's ready to prove it in court," that's a movie we'll never get to see Tom Cruise star in.

The Risky Business boy is smiling after gay porn star Chad Slater basically admitted the love encounters he publicized between the two were lies. Chad swears he never met Tom and that he "never said any of the statements allegedly said by me." All of this honesty hit the ex-porn star soon after Tom's lawyers delivered him a $100 million lawsuit.

The Cockpit Club star is hoping that Tom's legal team will drop the lawsuit but says, "If they persist, they will get a judgment against me for $100 million. Then I file bankruptcy and it's dismissed."

"It's like being harassed...He won't go away...I don't think I'll ever want to see another Tom Cruise movie in my life," Chad whined. Well, Tom probably won't be watching any of yours either...
