This spicy little Spanish dish is making headlines everywhere for every reason since she became the new arm candy of actor Tom Cruise.

The couple's relationship is being questioned by many whether it is legit or publicity, but either way, Mr. Cruise didn't smile when he learned the meaning behind Penelope's ankle tattoo.

The Blow star's numeric tattoo, '883,' is a sign of her obsession with numerology. So, what does it stand for? The number eight implies money, power and success and the number three stands for skill in communications and creativity. The second eight is meant to give strength to the first one.

Penelope is very aggressive with her career and it is priority number one in her life. She wants to be on top and that's in showbiz, not in love. Her numerology says nothing about relationships or romance.
