More Than Famous Kate Sues Her Ex-Assistant

Almost Famous girl Kate Hudson may have came on the scene like a whirlwind but she wasn't too busy to notice some odd charges totaling $63,000 in her funds.

After discovering her personal assistant, Margaret Miller, had been living a star's life with her money, Kate filed a lawsuit against the woman for unspecified punitive damages. Sweet Kate didn't file any criminal charges though.

Margie liked riding in limos, trips to day spas, shopping sprees and upgraded plane tickets as long as she wasn't paying for the frills. She was only employed by Ms. Hudson for nine months.
