Wolverine shows up in final 'X-Men: Apocalypse' trailer

When word got out last year that Hugh Jackman was seen on the X-Men: Apocalypse set while they were doing re-shoots, speculation started to swirl that he and Wolverine would make an appearance the latest X-Men film. This shouldn't really surprise anyone as Jackman has played the character in no less than eight films now, but his cameo is surely one that will please audiences.

It was his memorable two-word scene in X-Men: First Class that stole the show in that film and there's no reason not to suspect a similar reaction here. I'll be honest, the first couple of trailers for X-Men: Apocalypse were rather boring, but this one finally reaches the heights of the last film in the franchise X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Whether it can sustain this level throughout the film is an entirely different question. That one will have to wait until May 27, when X-Men: Apocalypse hits theaters. What do you think?
