It Must Be Real Estate Season For The Stars

Jennifer and Brad must have started the trend when they bought their first home for $12 million. Now, Bruce Willis and Madonna are letting millions go too.

Bruce is the new landowner of seven Carribean acres. The Unbreakable star just purchased beach front property along the Turks and Caicos Island chain for only $4 million. It is uninhibited as of now, but by September Bruce will have a 7,500 square-foot house and a couple of guest cottages erected.

Madonna, on the other hand, has been searching the British countryside for "just the right estate" and thinks she has found it. Now, if only her $12.75 million bid is accepted, the rock star will own "Ashcombe," the 1,200 acre estate complete with a Georgian-style mansion located in Dorset in southwest London.
