Thor drops the hammer in 'Vacation' racy red-band trailer

Look, I'll be the first to admit when I'm wrong. Yesterday, I claimed that the reboot Vacation would bomb this summer.

To be fair, I was basing the bombing mostly out of there being really nothing to see about the film two months before release. It's as though Warner Bros. is reading my mind because I get in to the office this morning and the first trailer for Vacation has been released onto the world.

At this point, I should probably just go ahead and accept with blind faith that all Ed Helms films are going to be hilarious, because well, they are. He's actually the perfect actor to fill the legendary shoes of Chevy Chase (or more accurately Anthony Michael Hall from the original).

Whatever the case, the first look at Vacation is surprisingly hilarious. One standout moment is the, ahem, performance from Thor himself Chris Hemsworth. You will definitely see an eyeful of the actor in a way that you've never seen him before. Remember, it's a red-band trailer.
