Julianne Moore has already won one Best Actress award for her performance in Maps to the Stars, so don't be shocked when she garners an Oscar nomination early next year. Moore was crowned Best Actress at this year's Cannes Film Festival for the David Cronenberg Hollywood exposé.

If you can win an Oscar in a trailer, then Julianne would have a pretty good chance with her turn in the international trailer down below. She plays the daughter of silver screen actress who died tragically in a fire who is now set to star in a remake of one of her mother's most iconic roles.

Naturally, this trip back to the past opens some doors that probably should have stayed shut. It's good to see John Cusack in a meaty role again. It's been quite some time since we've been able to say that we were looking forward to one of his films. Also, this might be the first film with Robert Pattinson in it that I'm actually willing to sit through.

And besides, it's Cronenberg, so I have to see it.

It's set for an October 31 release in Canada, but there's a potential snag with U.S. distribution, but I'm betting that it gets released just in time for awards season.
