Brad And Jennifer Get Sue Happy

One of Hollywood's hottest newlyweds are getting hotter, but this heat will rise in the courtroom.

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston filed a lawsuit against their Italian ring designer last week for breach of contract.

Damiani International was served with a $50 million lawsuit from the couple for allegedly creating and selling rings just like theirs, which were designed by Brad. When Brad and Jennifer purchased the rings, the designer was not supposed to reproduce the design.

So, there's $50 million but now the couple have threatened to slap the German edition of 'Marie Claire' with a lawsuit if they don't retract comments they printed concerning Jennifer being pregnant.

The magazine interviewed the hubby and quoted Brad, "Number one is already on the way. Now we're just hoping that everything goes well. I don't know about a herd of children, but we should have enough for a small community," all words The Mexican star denies ever saying.

Brad couldn't believe what he read. A rep from Brad's camp says, "She asked him a question about adopting a baby, and he said, 'That's not true, I don't know where you heard that.' Then she asked, 'Are you going to have a tribe of your own?' and he said, 'We want to have kids someday.' She asked, 'When would that be, ' and he said, 'When we're both ready.' How that got translated into: 'No. 1 is on the way, ' I don't know. We're asking for a retraction."
