Two videos catch you up on the Marvel Cinematic Universe

Since Guardians of the Galaxy is the top film at the box office and everything is coming up Marvel in Hollywood, it's only fitting to play catch up if you haven't seen all of the films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Even if you have seen each film a couple dozen times, I'm willing to bet that the videos below will include a few things that you may have missed.

Up first is the reel that Marvel showed at SDCC that basically summarizes Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the MCU. Phase 2 concludes with the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron. Not only is it a kick ass clip from all of the movies that you've already seen, pay close attention and you might get a first look or two at a couple of upcoming characters.

While that video is truly meant to be a sizzle reel, the video below from MTV features just about every Easter Egg from the MCU up to but not including Guardians of the Galaxy.

I thought I had a keen eye for details and clues, but I never even made half of these connections. I know the video is a bit long, but it's worth it.
