J-Lo has raced to the top of every chart, including the latest surgery trend. You could say she now has her own butt line. The Wedding Planner sweetheart has pushed sales of butt-hoisting tights and cheek-enhancing underwear through the roof.

Now, Dr. Robert Thomas is capitalizing on the big trend with butt implants. The operation costs around $4200 and is the newest and biggest craze in plastic surgery. "Jennifer has made big bottoms bg new again," the doctor said.
