'Iron Man' out for revenge in new trailer

Forget Tony Stark. Robert Downey Jr. is Iron Man and the latest trailer for Iron Man 3 proves it beyond the shadow of a doubt.

I've always thought that when RDJ is on the top of his game, there are few actors out there that can match his charisma and chops. Bottom line, Robert Downey Jr. is a man amongst men and is able to carry movies in practically any genre that you throw at him.

The proliferation of comic book movies provided a ripe opportunity for RDJ to play to his strengths. Comic book movies feature action and humor and the best actors are able to bring both and even pull of the dramatic stuff when needed.

If that wasn't enough, the character of Tony Stark is almost tailor-made for him like the Iron Man suits fitting Stark perfectly. He's a character that is rash, suffers from addiction issues and let's his mouth get him into trouble more often than not. Tony Stark is no angel either.

The latest trailer for Iron Man 3 shows off all sides of the character and proves without a doubt that this looks like it might indeed be the best entry of the entire franchise. Also, isn't it just creepy to see Ben Kingsley as the Mandarin?
