New red band trailer for 'Lawless' delivers the hooch

When Shia LaBeouf isn't getting naked for one thing or another these days, he's still a pretty impressive young actor. In the upcoming Lawless he plays a bootlegger who naturally gets in over his head and has to deal with the consequences of being on the wrong side of the law.

Based a true story of the "Great Franklin County Moonshine Conspiracy," Lawless has everything that movie audiences eat up: moonshine, gangsters and Tommy guns. It also doesn't hurt that besides LaBeouf, it also features a strong cast including Tom Hardy, Jessica Chastain, Gary Oldman, Guy Pearce and Mia Wasikowska.

If that weren't enough, it also now has a red band trailer. And yes, this red band trailer certainly earns its color. There's plenty of violence, nudity and swearing that most likely paints a pretty accurate picture of a film that I am very eager to see.

Lawless hits theaters a week from today on August 29. If you haven't checked out their official web site, you should. As my colleague Tim pointed out, it has one of the coolest website "loading..." screens ever. I tend to agree.
