People come in all shapes and sizes - and personalities. So, I suppose it shouldn't really surprise anyone that teddy bears brought to life from wishes would also be as unique as individual snowflakes.

That's one word to describe Ted - unique. Vulgar would be another. And raunchy would be yet one more in a long list of profane adjectives that could be used to describe the cuddly(?) teddy bear protagonist in Ted.

Of course, what else were you expecting from Seth MacFarlane, the guy who breathed life into Family Guy?

And what else would be appropriate for its debut than a red band trailer? Ted skipped all of the foreplay and got right down to the brass nuts of it with the red band trailer that you will find below.

Equal parts charming and hilarious, the trailer is pure vulgarity at its finest and MacFarlane's audience will surely eat it up when it hits theaters on July 13. This is yet another strong entry in an already overcrowded Summer. It will be interesting to see which films thrive and which films melt in the heat of battle.

Personally, I think there's plenty of box office dollars to go around, but only time will tell. Check out the images and trailer below and let us know what you think. Obviously this is a red band trailer with a lot of adult language, so if you're easily offended, don't watch.

Green is good

While I still hold a special spot in my heart for the red band trailer above, I have to say that the green band trailer below is also pretty funny. Both trailers have their merits and more importantly, they each have roughly 70% different content, so it's almost like getting two trailers for the price of one.
