Taste the animated trailer for 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs'

Sony Pictures just launched the trailer for the upcoming animated film Cloudy with A Chance of Meatballs on their web site. It's based on the beloved children's book by Judi and Ron Barrett.

It's the story of scientist Flint Lockwood. His inventions all fail until he stumbles upon one that turns rain drops into food. SNL's Bill Hader provides the voice for Flint. The voice cast also includes Anna Faris, Andy Samberg, Tracy Morgan, and James Caan.

The family flick hits theaters on September 18. It will be available in 3D. You can see the trailer on Sony's web site. It'll leave you hungry for more.
