Being a 30ish man, I'm beginning to feel what the Baby Boomers have been feeling for over a decade. The whole world is trying to cater to me and my tastes.

I guess that's what happens when you grow up, sell out and start making a disposable income. Well, two out of three aren't bad I guess, but I'm beginning to get worried as I see my childhood play out on the big screen.

Later this Summer, Transformers is getting the Michael Bay treatment. Once it brings in a cool $200 million or more, other Saturday morning cartoon staples are sure to follow.

Rumors are circulating that a live-action He-Man is being considered and just this week, there were competing scripts being commissioned for G.I. Joe. One rumor that has some teeth to it is the news that Warner Bros. has optioned the rights to Thundercats.

Thundercats revolves around half-cat, half-humanoid aliens who fight a bad guy over some horrible atrocity...blah...blah...blah.

Now I know what they mean when they say it sucks to get old. Hey Hollywood, leave my childhood alone!
