Is The Askewniverse Big Enough For Banky and Brodie?

Jason Lee has the enviable position in this movie of bringing "back to life" two well-loved characters from the View Askew film universe. But this will be the first time that Banky Edwards and Brodie Bruce will be in the same movie.

Kevin Smith has already said that he won't use expensive (but cool) special effects to have the two characters on the screen at the same time. In fact, Lee has confirmed that all his Banky scenes were filmed in L.A. while all of his Brodie scenes will be filmed in Red Bank, NJ.

But the question remains, will diehard fans be able to handle the duality of Banky and Brodie? I'd love to see them meet each other whilst walking through the mall giving each other a mutual stink palm...
