Things continue to get ugly in the post-marriage lives of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen. On Friday, a judge in Los Angeles Superior Court ordered Sheen to stay at least 300 feet away from Richards. She claims that Sheen threatened to kill her, according to court papers filed by the actress.

Denise made numerous allegations against Charlie, her ex-husband and father of their two young children, in a lengthy 17-page statement. She claims that he hit and shoved her in the stomach after Richards confronted him about pornographic web sites he was visiting -- web sites, she said, featured "very young girls."

This was just one episode of the physical and verbal abuse, according to Richards. She also alleges that Sheen "said to me that he was going to have me killed." In her court declaration, Richards paints a shocking picture of Charlie as a prescription drug abuser and as a pornography and gambling addict.

A copy of the papers can be seen on The Smoking Gun web site.

Sheen responded to the documents with a statement on Friday which called Denise's claims "a most obvious immature and transparent smear campaign designed to hurt, embarrass and ultimately extort me."

The judge did grant Sheen visitation rights to their two children, ages 2 years and 10 months, for one day per week. Another hearing is scheduled May 12.
