Star Trek captains to team up for new movie?

The Star Trek rumor mill is abuzz with talk about a new film. According to web site CanMag.com, the new movie will join together Captain Kirk (Wiliam Shatner), Captain Picard (Patrick Stewart), and Captain Archer (Scott Bakula).

How can all these captains from separate time periods in the Star Trek continuum coexist in the same place? Just remember this is science fiction and there's always a mirror universe where they can be together. You know, kind of like Star Trek Generations. The rumor didn't mention fellow Trek Captains Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) or Sisko (Avery Brooks).

Don't hold your breath, dearest Trekkies. This talk is just that and it's far from confirmed.
