Britney saying hello to Broadway?

According to the New York Post, Pop diva Britney Spears is in talks to take over the lead role in the musical "Sweet Charity" on Broadway. Christina Applegate is currently playing Charity Hope Valentine, a spunky dancer with a good soul.

While nothing is finalized, the Post is reporting that the change could take place as early as January and the show might be moved to Ford Center to handle the larger crowds.
