Vets outraged at 'Wedding Crashers' web site

A number of military veterans are up in arms over a 'Crasher Kit' item featured on the web site for Wedding Crashers. The site suggests potential crashers carry fake Purple Heart medals to impress females.

The web site, produced by the film's distributor New Line, claims "carrying a Purple Heart in your jacket guarantees you attention, admiration and plenty of free booze." The site features Purple Hearts that you can print and cut out.

In a statement to the Associated Press, an FBI official challenged the filmmakers to visit a hospital for veterans. "Talk to some of these people who don't have legs anymore and see how funny they think that movie is," the person said.
