Hugh Grant to give up acting?

Hugh Grant recently hinted that he may retire from acting. At the ripe old age of 44, Grant considers acting in films to be a "miserable experience."

The quotes were published Thursday by the Evening Standard's Metro magazine in England. "It's so long and boring and so difficult to get right," he said, adding, "I am sort of semiretired... I keep thinking I'm going to write a brilliant script."

Perhaps he'll do a tell-all of his encounter with prostitute Divine Brown in 1995, but we really doubt it.
