Hilary Duff has 'Best Legs'

While the young actress might sport a fine pair herself, Hilary Duff is being called upon to judge a contest that aspires to select "The Best Legs in New York." Gillette is sponsoring the contest in Times Square next week, where Hilary will be joined by her sister Haylie and ex-Mr. J Lo Cris Judd on the judges panel.
