The third installment of the Project Greenlight series will be produced by horror legend Wes Craven. This year's contest called for genre entries like horror and thriller to find a more mainstream audience.

The contest announced its winners from over 7,000 entrants (including this aspiring auteur) on Tuesday. The winning entry, Feast written by newcomers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan, will be directed by fellow rookie John Gulager.

In further changes from previous contests, Bravo has picked up the documentary series after HBO failed to renew the project. One question that remains is that with the addition of Wes in the producer's chair, what role will fan favorites Jeff Balis and Chris Moore play in this new installment.

I guess we'll just have to wait and watch like everyone else. The series should debut on Bravo next year, followed by the theatrical release of Feast later in the year.
