Britney engaged?

Fresh off her quickie, New Year's wedding to childhood friend Jason Alexander, Britney Spears might be close to living out her hit song, "Oops, I did it again."

Various reports are circulating that the singer/actress has gotten engaged to dancer Kevin Federline. A British tabloid claimed that the pair were on the verge of eloping during Britney's recent European leg of her now defunct Onyx Hotel tour. The pair opted instead for a more traditional route with a large ceremony and reception in a few months.

The only obstacle in their plans for wedded bliss appears to be Kevin's ex-gilfriend Shar Jackson who happens to be 8 months with their second child. Upon hearing the news, Shar offered her own words of wisdom, "You both smoke, you both drink and you both cheated on significant others after three years. You guys are made for each other. But there are two kids. She [Britney] better be prepared to babysit."
