Egypt says no to 'The Matrix'

For those of you not fluent in Arabic, Egypt has banned The Matrix Reloaded on religious grounds because it depicts creation in a way that is not consistent with the three major religions.

While the country's censorship committee applauded the special effects as "fabulous," they said that there wasn't one offending scene in particular, but the whole film that caused the ban. No word if Warner Bros. plans to appeal the decision.
