John Travolta is 'Cool' again

More accurately, John Travolta is negotiating to be Chili Palmer again, a role that cemented his comeback in 1995's Get Shorty. The sequel, titled Be Cool, will continue the exploits of the loanshark turned movie producer as he tries his hand at music producing.

The studio is also looking to bring in hot director Brett Ratner to helm the sequel. The only snag appears to be that New Line has him under contract for the third installment of the very successful Rush Hour franchise.
