Ryder Pleads For Her Life

Apparently Winona Ryder has been watching too many prison movies lately. Earlier this week, she pleaded with the judge overseeing her sentencing not to send her to prison.

As Ryder told a close friend, "I would be the victim of sexual abuse and God knows what else. My career in Hollywood is on the line, surely that's enough punishment." Yeah, I'm sure the Beverly Hills jail is just cess pool of the world's worst criminals. The worst punishment they could inflict on the inmates is having to watch Lost Souls and Autumn In New York over and over again.

Ryder remarks further that she "would sooner die rather than face the prospect of being kept behind bars like some sort of caged animal." Perhaps, she should rent Girl, Interrupted and take some notes.
