Because this column is quickly becoming one big Ben Affleck/Jennifer Lopez gossip update, I figured that I'd pass along the latest dirt. Word out of New York is that J Lo was showing off a diamond engagement ring on her left ring finger last week at the VH1/Vogue Fashion Awards.

The pop diva turned actress picked up "Most Influential Star Of The Year" honors at the event, but kept everyone guessing about her potential upcoming nuptial. The pair are in the middle of filming Kevin Smith's Jersey Girl in Philly and New Jersey.
