Diaz, Maguire, Stiller and Roth Slapped With Lawsuits

The little boys are biting the big boys after money manager Dana Giacchetto was jailed after his mis-use and fraudulent allocation of his client's monies.

When Dana started losing money he used money from his non-famous clients to keep his headliners happy. The list of big stars are being sued by creditors who want their money returned.

"There's no allegation that they actively participated in the securities fraud perpetrated by Giaccheto, but lack of actual intent is not a defense where what is termed a fraudulent transfer is involved under the Bankruptcy Code," the bankruptcy trustee explained.

The cash involved is not just pennies - Cameron is being sued for $208,000, Tobey for $350,000 and Ben and Tim $100,000 a piece.
