Angelina Confirms Break-Up Rumors

The couple who wore each other's blood in viles and bought plots and tombstones for anniversary presents are now apart.

Angelina Jolie says her marriage to Billy Bob Thornton is as bad as the tabloids have reported. The couple haven't spoken in over a month, Angelina said in an interview. Both have moved out of their Santa Monica home and moved a friend in until they figure out what to do with it.

The break-up started when Billy Bob chose a gig with his band over Angelina's birthday with their adopted son, Maddox.

Angelina explains, "I'm angry. I'm sad. It's a very difficult and sad time. Sometimes you don't see things coming, even though they are happening. It was a real deep connection, a deep marriage, so it's not that simple to say this or that one thing caused the problems, but it's clear to me that our priorities shifted overnight. He's focused on his music and career and I'm focused on my baby. It comes down to what's important to you. Good for him. But I have other priorities. We're not divorced yet. We're going through a difficult time. I'm not sure what will happen."

And so eventually, Billy will go for round six and Angelina round three.
