Jennifer Aniston's New Workout: Cardio Striptease

Just days after she settled with tabloid for printing naked sunbathing pictures, Jennifer Aniston is working out in public, with her clothes off.

It's the newest craze called Cardio Striptease and the Crunch Gym in Los Angeles has a class with Jennifer and about 20 other women working out and shedding clothing. The class stops stripping at the bra and panty stage but until then it's dancer move after move.

A way to "peel off pounds and inhibitions," the class has not only kept The Good Girl in shape but livened up her sex life too, according to a friend. There's the problem right there...what needs "spicing up" if your partner is Brad Pitt?
